It's not in my budget!

It takes little or no money to get a program started, and with our assistance we can show you how to create new Self Liquidating Revenue Streams designed to pay for the program.  In today's business climate it comes down to your bottom line. Incentive travel programs are created through setting and meeting your goals, not by cutting your existing budgets.  Properly utilizing the "lift" or the increase in your gross revenue which is created as a result of your program, creates the funds necessary to subsidize your program.  Here are some tools when properly utilized that will create new revenue streams:

  • Small incremental registration fees almost every customer is willing to pay in order to have their sales tracked and progress administered.

  • These fees can grow over time as you create an increased level of quality and credibility in your Incentive Programs.

  • Those who participate and do not qualify subsidize the winners.

  • If you can generate an additional 6%-8% in overall sales volume in your first year, does it really matter that the expense was equal to an average of only 2% of the winners sales volume, representing 1%-2% of your overall business.

  • Set buy-ins at reasonable but profitable levels. You can congratulate and reward a client meeting 50% of their goal with a trip for one and allow them to bring their companion at regular tariff prices while you pay the group or wholesale price.

Creating new and profitable revenue streams, and a highly perceived value added are directly correlated to the quality and success of your program.

Why Incentive Initiatives?

Incentive Initiatives will create an Incentive Travel Checklist that will walk you through the entire process and work with your in house administrators to promote and execute your program. We will help you to determine your objectives, develop a strategy, then plan and execute all the logistics of that plan with the program and the goals you specify. There is no substitute for experience when it comes to creating your checklist and executing your program.
